The hotel had slightly oversized rooms, which were very clean and had all the amenities we needed. However, the rooms were small, especially when staying with friends. The service was fantastic, with helpful staff who allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and after checkout. The location was good, with three different stations within a 5-10 minute walk and only 2 stops to Tokyo main station. The dining was okay but lacked variety in breakfast options. Overall, the hotel provided good value for money despite some limitations.
The hotel is in a convenient location with many affordable dining options nearby, but the rooms are small for more than one person and lack enough plug sockets. The service was friendly and helpful, with some minor hiccups. The dining experience offers excellent Japanese and English choices but ends early. The facility is modern and well-maintained.
